These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations relating to the use of the Futba mobile application (the "Application"). By accessing and/or using the Application, the User is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
Futba is a social matchmaking platform that enables users to organise football matches, join existing matches, and communicate with other users. The Application provides a technical infrastructure that facilitates interactions between users; it is not a party to the actual conduct of any match.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited within the Application:
Where a violation of the foregoing is identified, the relevant account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
All software, design, logos, trademarks and other content embedded within the Application belong to Futba and are protected under intellectual property laws. The unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or creation of derivative works of such content is prohibited. By uploading content such as a profile picture, the User grants the Data Controller a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purposes of operating the Application.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Application, the features it offers and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes shall be communicated to the User reasonably in advance via in-app notification or e-mail.
The Data Controller does not undertake that the Application will operate without interruption, errors, or in a manner that meets a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Data Controller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
The User may delete their account at any time from within the Application. Upon account deletion, the User's personal data shall be processed, anonymised or erased in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the resolution of any such dispute.
